Embrace Tokens

Our Embrace tokens program is back!! In order to receive a token you must wear your Embrace shirt to your appointment, bring in  your report card and have good grades, have  good oral hygine, donate canned food. When you collect 20 tokens you get to choose cool prizes from our treasure chest we have prizes for all ages.
